Known as one of the Garden City area’s most beloved places to eat, our owners take pride in reimagining the way people enjoy and experience food. Setting an ambitious standard for comfort cuisine with our ever-evolving menu and immersive atmosphere, our guests have the privilege of tasting the bold and unique flavors that come from years of experience. Candice & Jose Rodriguez started their culinary journey in 2009 in a tiny mobile unit that quickly gained a massive following all over Southwest and Southcentral Kansas. They soon realized they needed more space and in 2020, Pinky's Grilled Cheestro finally opened it's doors in the Garden City Plaza. They have since added a bakery specializing in custom cakes and their newest venture is Schmancy's, a fine dining popup concept.
